Sandy Whitehead

Sandy Whitehead joined Allen Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2009. Sandy grew up in Miami Beach, Florida and relocated to Sarasota in 2000, bringing her 22 year real estate experience to the East Coast. Sandy carefully listens to her clients and her extensive knowledge of the Sarasota County real estate market provides the ability for her to fulfill her clients' needs.

Sandy specializes in the luxury home and condominium markets. She loves representing international buyers, many who have never been to Sarasota.  Her 35 plus years' success in real estate is represented by being named multiple times to Sarasota Magazine's 5-star Real Estate Agent for Overall Client Satisfaction list. Sandy is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee.

Annette Ashley Smith

Annette Ashley Smith is originally from Greenville, MS. She studied Business Administration at LSU and started and operated her own successful small business in Charleston, WV for over 10 years.

Annette moved to Atlanta in the 1980s and worked as a legal administrative assistant for several of Atlanta's top law firms. In 2000, she relocated to Sarasota and began her real estate career.  Annette joined Allen Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2009, where she assembled her own team providing internet leads and support. Annette and Sandy Whitehead have worked together for over 10 years and their experienced legal team, home inspectors, knowledge of the market is invaluable to their clients.

Utilizing her business background, Annette enjoys creating innovative marketing strategies using social media to connect with international clients. Annette utilizes Google Plus, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to connect with thousands of potential clients. Her websites and social profiles allow potential buyers to receive the latest properties and information in just a click of a button.

Annette coordinates company leads, marketing, contract support and database maintenance. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, as well as the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee.
